Why are your bags less expensive than other retail custom packaging companies?

We deal directly with our clients as friends and therefore try as much as possible to eliminate all middlemen or any extra charges. The internet base selling keeps our costs below average and we pass on the savings in the form of low prices to our clients.

Can you store our bags.

We offer free warehousing, free inventory control management and lead time alerts schedule. This special customer relationship management program helps our clients to focus on their daily activities of managing their businesses and leave the custom packaging operations with us. We will inform our clients by phone or email to alert them of the status reserves stock and they will respond by authorizing us to replenish the stock. This cycle continues every season and forever.


Can I pay by Company check?

Sure. Please one thing you have to remember, it takes time for your check to clear, and we cannot go on to process your order until we have cleared the check. Sometimes it is better to send your check next day delivery, to help increase the speed of time. After you have been recognized as a permanent customer, we can even print your bags in advance before payment is made. We will also send you alert trend news telling you about a particular season and how it is important to get your bags printed on time before you run out.

Can I choose my personal size of a custom bag?

We cater for all sizes of bags especially plastic bags. We are a custom retail packaging company specifically helping retailers to cut cost and increase the quality of their promotions. We create opportunities for all our clients demands. If you're buying bags for a trade show, get a large size bag that will help attendees to put other bags into yours and you'll get the most "walking billboard" exposure at the lowest promotional cost. The tip is to help attendees to put all their collections in your big custom printed bag. Rigid handle poly bags are widely recommended in this case. You can send us a time table of all your important trade shows so that we can work in anticipation to store your bags in our warehouse ready to ship by FedEx.

How do I know what size of artwork will look best on my bags?

Use the width of the bag as your guide. Allow 4"-6” down from the top of any bag size, and 2” - 3" up from the bottom. Your artwork should be sized to fit in between. As a general rule, you're better off using artwork that's a little larger than the space, rather than a little smaller. As this is a "walking billboard" promotional tool, you want your name, logo and message to cover a large area. You always have to choose between printing a large size of your company's logo or choose your company name, telephone number and address to fit a proportional size of the bag.

The dimensions on this sample bag shows that the bag should be printed on both sides, has a side gusset of 5”, the logo is positioned from 5.1” from the top of the bag, 5.1' from the bottom of the bag. The height of the logo is 2.8” and the length is 7.5”.


Can I request for custom printed sample bag?

Absolutely! Just look through our list of bags and click to request for a quote of your selected bag. The system will automatically request for your logo or artwork. You can also fax or e-mail your request, including the bag reference number on the website and the pantone number and we'll send out a sample -- at no charge. We can even send more samples should in case you want different sizes to compare. If you have an existing shopping bag, just mail the bag and we will quote you a better price than your current supplier is offering .

What is an artwork?

An artwork is a graphic design of your company's logo. We usually accept all artworks in a digital format. You can email the artwork as a pdf attached file or send it to us by mail on a dics.

We will send a feedback after receiving your artwork to make sure that it is the actual artwork described. When dealing with four color-printed plastic bags we adivse our clients to be aware of the cost involve in making the copper printing plates. We don't use flexographic printing plates because of low quality resolution.

What most of clients do is they will look for a graphic designer to prepare the artwork, send it to us in a pdf file and, choose the desire pantone color numbers. color and we communicate to choose the color of the bag that will match the artwork color.

What about if I don't want to pay a graphic designer to work on my artwork.

Is simple. If you have an existing custom-printed bag or a business card with your company's logo on it, just scan it and email it to us or mail it. When we receive it, we will produce an exact artwork for you for free.

This artwork would be faxed or emailed to you for approval before used in printing the bags.


Can I get any photograph printed on a plastic bag?

Absolutely ! we can print in 4-color process on Kraft paper bags, art- paper laminated bags and even low density polyethylene bags. All 4-color printing of only plastic has a minimum quantity order of 20,000 bags (or over); please allow 8 weeks for production. There are no additonal cost in plate charges for process printing on paper bags except when printing on plastic bags.

If I reorder, do I have to pay for new plates?

Absolutely not. We use the same plates for all future reorders. All your artwork and other related documents are kept on file with your company profile attached to it. The file stays with us for the number of years you stay in retail businesses. As long as you are not going to make any changes to the original plate, it is a one-time charge.
